Dispatch: every piece is printed just for you and handed to our courier within 2–3 business days of payment. If it isn't dispatched within 3 business days, you can cancel for a full refund.

Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch (remote PIN codes may take longer).

Total expected time: about 5–10 business days from order to doorstep. You'll receive tracking by email/SMS once shipped.

Late delivery: if your order arrives well past this timeline (other than force majeure), you can return it for a full refund.

Change of mind or size: returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery, for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging. You send the item back using your own courier, at your own cost. We do not arrange return pickups. Used items and requests after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Wrong, damaged or defective item from us? Tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Defects noticed later are still covered. Once the item reaches us and the issue is confirmed, we send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, and reimburse your actual return courier cost.
